In preparation for the introduction of the planned form-based zoning bylaw with provisions for higher density mixed use development, the City of Revelstoke wanted to work with a property-owner to work through the draft bylaw. Land transfer agreements intended to create a park space along the west side of the property. The design showed a T4O zoning example that had a mix of uses and a variety of housing options. Parking was located at the back of the property to ensure a strong streetscape along Victoria Rd.
