Client: Big Eddy Pub
The Big Eddy Pub wanted to add two patios to increase the number of patrons in the short summer months. The plan was to include two patios, one at the front of the building and one at the back of the building. The patio out front was to include an awning and new covered entrance to protect guests from the elements. The back patio was designed for a higher capacity than the front patio and featured a raised patio that could be converted to a small outdoor stage. The plan also included a new parking plan and a seating plan to submit for fire code review. Both patios have been constructed and the front awning is planned for future construction phases.
